Exploring Nelson Lakes National Park | Lake Rotoiti | Mount Robert

Nelson Lakes National Park is nestled at the Northern tip of the Southern Alps on New Zealand's South Island featuring numerous lakes, beech forests and mountains that are covered in snow during winter.

Saint Arnaud is a small alpine village, and the gateway to this beautiful holiday destination. We found a great airbnb with amazing views of Lake Rotoiti and the surrounding mountains (https://www.airbnb.co.nz/rooms/226882...) which we used as a launching pad for amazing tramps around the lake, and up Mount Robert.
