Drive Narcissists MAD & UNMASK Narcissists with The F Word?

We can unmask narcissists through their behaviour: they simply don't behave like healthy people. Using the F word (flexibility), we get to observe who is sometimes flexible, who is never flexible, who is always flexible - and who can't stand the idea of showing any flexibility.

Narcissists will punish anyone who gets them to show flexibility. And they will often get others to argue when the narcissists have no flexibility. This can be exhausting, and we get trapped when we assume that they have flexibility.

When we ask explicitly, this traps narcissists: they either tell us they have none, so we stop arguing. Or they claim they do, then they must show it.

If someone is never flexible, then their partner will ALWAYS have to be flexible.

And if we are in a relationship with someone who isn't pathologically toxic, well... it is healthy to figure out how much each person cares about specifics, as healthy people are over all happy to be rather flexible, within reason.

Using the flexibility framework helps health relationships become healthier. And helps highlight unhealthy dynamics.
