Have some Peppermint
It could be peppermint tea or you can put the fresh leaves in your favorite dish. Take some time to enjoy its aroma because that is the key to its mood boosting abilities. Some studies have shown that the scent of peppermint improve mood and reasoning in people.


Work Out
We all know that exercise releases endorphins, which are the quintessential happy hormones. If you don’t have time (or the energy) for a full workout, take a walk around the block or stretch in your office or at home. When you are holding on to stress and negative emotions, a simple stretch can be very releasing and emotionally cleansing.


Get Some Sunshine
