RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS :
1) 2 cups thick poha, flattened rice
2) 1/4 cup peanuts
3) 2 tbsp oil
4) ½ tsp mustard seeds
5) ½ tsp cumin seeds
6) 1 sprig curry leaves (10-12 leaves)
7) 3-4 nos., green chillies, finely chopped
8) 1 onion, finely chopped
9) 1 tsp salt
10) ½ tsp turmeric powder
11) ½ tsp sugar
12) 1 tbsp, lemon juice or squeeze half lemon
13) ¼ cup fresh coriander
14) Serve with fresh lemon or fresh grated coconut
