0:00 - Return Ending
Step-by-step guide to getting this ending :
1) Stay loyal to Kuro and defeat the Owl.
(2) Gather both Serpent fruits from the Giant Serpents.
(3) Locate Holy Chapter “Infested” scroll and give it to the Divine Child ( Rice Lady ) in the Inner Sanctum. Once she reads the scroll she’ll disappear into the Illusion.
(4) Find her in the Illusion ( the place where the four small monkeys were ), interrupt the conversation she’s having with her imaginary friends and she’ll tell you to find a High Senpou Priest in order to return the Dragon’s Blood to its rightful place.
(5) Collect the Holy Chapter “Dragon’s Return” from the corpse of the Priest and return it to her.
(6) Once she reads the note she’ll ask you to bring her the two persimmons of the serpents. Since you’ve already collected them in step (2) you can give them to her and she’ll consume them.
(7) It will take her some time to become the cradle so rest at an Idol until she is ready.
(8) Once she is ready she’ll give you the Frozen Tears.
(9) Now defeat the last boss in the game and give Kuro the Divine Dragon’s Tears.

2:53 - Immortal Severange Ending
Sekiro reluctantly follows Kuro’s orders to kill him in order to finally achieve Immortal Severance. Afterwards, Sekiro leaves his life as a shinobi and starts carving Buddhas in order to atone for his actions.

8:13 - Purification Ending
After giving Kuro the Dragon Tear, Sekiro sacrifices himself so that Kuro can live on without immortality.

11:16 - Shura Ending
Sekiro’s corruption by the Dragon Heritage is completed after renouncing his loyalty, defeating the elderly Isshin in battle and mercilessly stabbing Owl in the back to the horror of Kuro. No longer in control Sekiro goes on to massacre nearly the entire population of Ashina.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is an action-adventure game played from a third-person view. Although compared to FromSoftware's Souls series, the game features no role-playing elements, such as character creation, classes, or equipment upgrades, as well as having no multiplayer elements. Rather than attacking to whittle an enemy's health points, combat in Sekiro revolves around using a katana to attack their poise and balance instead, which eventually leads to an opening that allows for a single killing blow. The game also features stealth elements, allowing players to immediately eliminate enemies if they can get in range undetected. In addition, the player character has the ability to use various tools to assist with combat and exploration, such as a grappling hook and a torch. If the player character dies, they have the option of being revived on the spot under certain conditions instead of respawning at earlier checkpoints.
