First Impressions of Conan: Unconquered – Brutal Survival RTS Gameplay

That opening cutscene was insane — Conan: Unconquered hooked me instantly. From the Command & Conquer veterans at Petroglyph comes the first-ever survival RTS set in the savage world of Conan the Barbarian.

In this first look, I’m diving into Unconquered Mode solo to see how long I can survive against endless waves of enemies. There are tons of options to set up, but I jumped straight in without a clue where to start — and it might have been one of the hardest places on the map. Brutal, but a lot of fun.

The music hit with pure 90s/2000s nostalgia and had me hooked. Resource management crushed me this time, but next round I’ll try an easier starting point. No tutorial needed — we fight on.
