Описание к видео Low Single to Ankle Lock | WORLD-BEATER WRESTLING

Welcome to #WorldBeaterWrestling where ‘The World-Beater’ Damian Slater takes you through some of his favourite grappling moves at the EPW School of Pro Wrestling in Malaga, Western Australia.

Episode 66: LOW SINGLE TO ANKLE LOCK

Fortunately some of us have been allowed back into training so that means it's time to bring back some Pro Wrestling technique tutorials! If you aren't yet allowed back in the ring, just bookmark this one for later.

The 'Low Single' is the first Catch Wrestling takedown I ever learnt way back when. If you've been watching my videos you'd be aware that I'm all about promoting unique and different ways of doing things. So why not ditch the stock standard single leg takedown and add a new entry point into your repertoire!
