Описание к видео Legislative Accountability & Constituency Legislation 2 of 4

To learn more about Redress in New Hampshire visit http://nhredress.wordpress.com/cbp/,   / nhredress   and   / 185035828315636  .

The primary purpose of government is to secure and protect our unalienable rights such as Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

To secure these and many other rights, governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

When they mess that up that seemingly simple and narrow task, we the people have the right to correct their mistakes through the petitions process which has been well established in New Hampshire for over 300 years.

NH Article 38 in plain English states that the people have a right to require of their Representatives and Judges, an exact and constant adherence to the fundamental principles of the N.H. Constitution and all the social virtues in the formation and execution of the laws necessary for the good administration of government.

For a Legislators or a Judges to not Exactly and Constantly Adhere to the Fundamental Principles of the N.H. Constitution and all the Social Virtues is to grieve the people, breach their oath of office and violate the public trust.

NH Article 31 mandate that " The Legislature Shall Assemble for the redress of Public Grievances -- and -- for the making of laws as the public good may require."

Our New Hampshire Legislature has been unresponsive to the people's petitions since the early 1950's.

It's time for New Hampshire people to exercise their inherent authority; to get their servants back on track.

Any N.H. Legislator refusing to support Article 31/32 Redress as spelled out in the New Hampshire Constitution and as evidenced by the Senate and House Journals has already violated their Oath of Office.

Click the link below then go to the - Signatures Tab - to see if your N.H. Legislator is a Champion of Redress. www.NHRedress.com
If you don't see their name on the list, contact them and ask them why it's not there. Ask them if they support your right to Constitutional Redress.

With your help, we can make this a campaign issue this coming season.
Please share this and help us demand accountability.

Go to www.NHRedress.info to read and sign the Petitions that have recently been sponsored by various Representatives.
