Guest Bio:
Lia Berquist has been passionately involved in childbirth education since 2011, teaching The Bradley Method® classes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences but found her true calling in childbirth education after her own experiences giving birth naturally. Her first birth took place in a hospital in 1998, followed by a home birth in 2008, each profoundly shaping her approach to childbirth and education.
