This is an educational workshop led by Dr. Claudine Jones-Bourne, board-certified psychiatrist.

In this session, I discuss Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Schizophrenia, with a focus on how these conditions commonly present, how they are often misunderstood, and how to think about symptoms, support, and care pathways. The emphasis is on practical understanding, self-awareness, and mental health literacy rather than clinical diagnosis or treatment.

This workshop also marks the beginning of the All Things Mental Health Course, a structured lecture series that walks through the fundamentals of mental health. The goal of this course is to help viewers better understand when and why to seek support—for themselves or for loved ones—and to reduce confusion, stigma, and delays in getting help.

The format is lecture-based, but live viewers are encouraged to participate respectfully in the chat.
