Jelly Belly Factory Candy Dispenser from Menards or Home Depot, I can't remember :) I hope to find out, so I can try and return it for a new one. Even though it did not work well, I still want to keep it in my collection. When I got this I never even looked to see if the handle was missing. It is important to check out your items before you pay! I was shopping for other items and added this last minute and did not take enough time to understand how it worked in the store. Either way you see that it only dispensed a few at a time when you overload it. I will update this description if I can find one not broken.
