In today's video, I will show you the recipe of Dhokla in a microave. It can be prepared in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

For batter

Gram flour - 1.5 cups
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Rava/ Semolina - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup or as required
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Eno - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

For tempering:
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Green chilli slit - 2
Curry leaves - 8-10
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - for garnish
