A wasteland emerged, of desolation and obstruction,
Buildings in ruins, and the sky a murky grey,
A world in ruins, with no signs of life or play.

The winds of change, blew through the barren land,
A reminder of what once was grand,
A world of people, and hopes and dreams,
Now lost forever, in the mayhem it seems.

But amidst the wreckage, a spark still shone,
A glimmer of hope, that was yet to be shown,
For the human spirit, is hard to quell,
And it always finds a way, to rise and swell.

So in this wasteland, of ruin and decay,
A new world is born, from the ashes of yesterday,
A world of resilience, and of strength and might,
A post-apocalyptic wasteland, that still shines bright.
