You can see the sturdy truck they use and the extra stabilization device that they utilize to protect the workers and the surrounding property...

This allows them the stability to move the basked that carries them in many directions and to stretch further away from the truck than you might think.

Workers in Germany are well respected. Professions and trades require certification and training which includes both school and 'on the job' training.

Generally, any type of work or profession requires training and certification.

On the other hand, the costs are much lower for education and you are paid a small amount while training.

This is, in my opinion, a better situation than the people in the US face with extremely high costs to education.
