In Aneurism IV there are many fates/roles that you can choose from to better roleplay bladerunner if it also happened to take place in the 1940s. Though everyone must always begin as a lowly Prole.

Your job as a prole is to do unskilled labor and be oppressed by everyone including other proles until you have enough amnecytes to get another job. This work includes making metal bars, doing laundry, fishing, and the limited time job that makes more amnecytes and money than other fates, building nukes. Most other fates at a default are stronger than you. With Zealots in particular being your natural predators hunting you for your meat.

Though most other fates dont want to risk losing several amnecytes koing you. And due to this, Proles biggest threat is usually other Proles, As even Cortex wont just randomly gun you down and will instead bait you into hitting them so they can commit insurance fraud.

Aneurism IV is a social RPG game based off of Gmod Dark RP where you play as one of many fates in a city where 2 main factions are fighting for control. These 2 groups are the Oppressive Government known as the Cortex and the Equally oppressive group worshipping the Rot known only as The Cult. You navigate the city in one of many fates including the Prole, Slave, Liquidator, Banker, Dealer, Corpsman, Controller Sanitar, Limitator, Scumbag, Zealot, Rogue, Malpractitioner, or Vomit Coffin.
