Episode two of our Moneymoon Adventure takes us to Sofitel Dubai Downtown where we had a fantastic 3 night stay. We arrived after a pleasant taxi ride from the airport but we were too early to check into our room. Fortunately Linda had access to Club Millesime thanks to her platinum membership so we chilled out there until our room was ready.

We originally booked the Luxury King Room for about $225 AUD per night (~611 AED) but we got upgraded to a better room facing the Burj Khalifa, so thank you Sofitel!

During our stay we took a dip in the pool, and enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast every day, but Tommy didn't check out the So Fit gym because walking the mall was exercise enough! One other thing we did not film was the great service provided by the concierge and staff, who helped direct us around where to go and what to do nearby.
