Last year Kate's 2015 Kia Soul EV was the recalled due to a battery fault that means that, in a very specific set of circumstances, the traction battery pack could catch fire. Then in November the car went into turtle mode, and the local dealer ordered a battery pack.

...she's got the car back now and is not entirely thrilled with the way Kia's handled the situation. Today we share how the experience went, what Kia did right, and what Kia did wrong.
