Double Decker Pizza
Ingredients
Dough
• Lukewarm water 1 cup
• Instant yeast 1 tbsp + Sugar 2 tbsp
• All-purpose flour 3 cups
• Milk powder 3 tbsp
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Egg 1
• Oil 1/4 cup
Chicken Filling
• Boneless chicken 250 grams
• Yogurt 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Paprika powder 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
Red sauce
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Ketchup 1/4 cup
• Tomato paste 2 tbsp
• Oregano/basil 1 tsp
White sauce
• Fresh cream 1 cup
• Cream cheese spread (I used kiri spread) 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Other ingredients
• Chopped onions
• Chopped bell peppers ( I used yellow and green)
• Black olives
• Mozzarella cheese
• Tomato slices
• Oregano/basil
Bake at 220 °C in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes using ONLY lower rod and for 3 minutes using ONLY upper rod.

Bread Custard Delight
Ingredients
• Milk 1 L
• Custard powder 2 tbsp heaped
• Sugar 4 tbsp
• Saffron strands 8-10 (optional)
• Almonds 1 tbsp, chopped
• Pistachio 1 tbsp, chopped
Milk Cream spread
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Milk powder 2 tbsp
• Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Other
• Bread slices 8
Garnish options
• Pistachio
• Rose buds

Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients
Chicken Filling
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Onion 1 medium, chopped
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Bell pepper 1, chopped, any color
• Chicken 200 grams, cut into thin strips
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Paprika powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Enchilada sauce
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Tomato paste 2 tbsp
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Tomatoes 2 medium (blended with a little water)
• Water 1 cup
Other
• Tortillas 5 big or 7 small
• Mozzarella cheese
• Dried parsley
12. Place the enchiladas in the preheated oven and cook at 220 °C (both upper and lower rod) for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
