How to paint The Tomb King/Prince and howdah for The Bone Dragon (Part Two)

Here's part two of the Necrolith Bone Dragon tutorial, which includes how to paint the Tomb King by himself, and then the howdah/carriage he rides on top of the bone dragon! I kept the Tomb King simple as once he's on his howdah you don't really see as much of him, but if you're painting him as the on foot version, the steps are all the same so you can just spend some extra time on him!
