This video documents the New Federal Thunder Bay Upbound on the St Clair River heading for Marinette Wi. I'm not sure what she was loading or offloading over there. She came from Toledo Ohio. I'm Assuming she was light but I could be wrong.

This was the first ever trip for this ship on the St Clair river and the Great lakes entirely. She was built in china last summer and was delivered to her owners Fednav which operate bulk carriers that server all over the world. Thy are a Canadian Fleet however!
