This is short a review of some new feature of IE10 and along with minor demonstration as well. They changed up the user interface a little bit and added tracking features as you see the desktop version of Internet Explorer 10 for both Windows 7 & Windows 8 retains the UI of IE9 with minor refinements, like removing gradients.
