When I first looked into how big Ebay card sellers organize their inventory, I was frankly shocked and appalled. But I get it. If you're only selling on Ebay, with the way that platform works, I get that organization system. But that really REALLY doesn't work for my brain. Even if it would be beneficial generally to run just my Ebay inventory that way, it certainly wouldn't be beneficial to me, because I just wouldn't be able to manage it. The video here explains just what system I'm using currently to manage my inventory across all the platforms on which I'm selling: TCGplayer, Ebay, BuySportsCards.com, MyCardPost, and my own website. I hope it helps you, or at least doesn't bore you to tears.
