I've been planning for this brew day for a while, a dark mild. It was my drink of choice when I first discovered pubs, and had all but disappeared from the pumps by the time the 90's rolled around. Will my rose-tinted memories of this delicious pint live up to my memories of this beer? Will my brewing skills live up to my hopes of a wonderful trip down memory lane?
