The version tested on was 1.03 on both consoles. The default video settings were used for this test.

PS4 Pro when outputting at 2160p uses checkerboard rendering and a dynamic resolution with the lowest pixel count found being 3072x1728 and the highest pixel count found being 3840x2160. PS4 Pro renders natively at 1920x1080 when the system is outputting at 1080p with supersampling disabled.

PS4 uses a dynamic resolution with the lowest pixel count found being approximately 1632x918 and the highest pixel count found being 1920x1080. The resolution seems to rarely drop below 1920x1080 on the PS4.
