1. What’s the function of the choke?
The choke is used to adjsut the air and petrol proportion.
When the weather is cold, the temperature in the cylinder is very cold too, if we can increase the petrol propotion comperated with air, then it will help us to start the engine more easily.
So we need to pull up the choke lever to the max top when it is cold, then the choke will be closed to reduce the air quantity to go inside the cylinder.
After you started the engine, we need to push down the choke lever to open the choke, and let the air go inside the cylinder for engine's normal working.
2. Before go to start the engnie, make sure the petrol has gone through the petrol filter, and red emergency stop cap is well fixed without loosen, otherwise, the engine can’t be started.
3. For the benginer, as there is no experience, if the engine can not be started, the right way to operate is to release starter rope, wait a few seconds, then try again. Each attempt, as far as possible to wait a short period of time in order to protect the engine and avoid the sparking pulg to be covered by greasy dirt.
4. If start the enigine frequently without rest, it may cuase the sparking plug covered with greasy dirt, and greasy dirt will stop the engine starting, if so, we need to take out the sparking plug and use soft cloth to clean it firstly.
5. Always preheat the engien for seconds before driving, then the enigne won't stop quickly at the beginning, most importantly it can help protect the engine and extend its lifetime.
6. During driving, do not keep holding the accelerator to speed up for long time, should to have some interval release for the accelerator to let the petrol move down, go through the petrol filter and carburetor, then go inside the cylinder, otherwise, the engine may stop working without enough petrol supplied.
