The Most Dangerous Criminal in the World: Semion Mogilevich

Описание к видео The Most Dangerous Criminal in the World: Semion Mogilevich

The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 and the economic and social crises that followed toppled the previously predictable and functioning post-Soviet and socialist states within the former communist bloc. The end of the Cold War created a sense of euphoria in the West, but the Eastern countries were soon confronted with the painful consequences of regime change and democratization. Suddenly, unemployment, economic decline, indebtedness, slow and corrupt law enforcements allowed organized crime to spread in these countries. One of these groups was the notorious Mogilevich Organization, led by the BOSS OF THE BOSSES, Semion Mogilevich.
