Stand Up Paddle Boarding on Coniston - Adventure to Peel Island, Lake District UK

I was recently asked if I could recommend a short stand up paddle board here in the Lake District so today I have come down to Coniston to show you one possibility. I arrived early with my paddle board and packed up near Brown Howe Car Park on the south west shore of Coniston. Here there is easy access to the water. The calm waters and stunning scenery made for a beautiful paddle to Peel Island.
