It's not EHP by any means, but it's an option for people who don't want to multiskill glassblow and do way less of the traditional crafting: farming seaweed/mining sand/superglass make. But it requires the Lumbridge Elite diary to steal 2 wires at once.

1 hour of stealing wires gives you enough light orbs (900+) to fix lamps in the city for about 4 hours and 40 mins. Or less if you have lower thieving since fail rate scales with level.

I fixed 198 lamps in an hour and every 50th you get 3k firemaking and crafting xp instead of 500. This is a good place to high alch or fletch arrows.
