In episode 49, Dwayne and Romine discuss the logical steps to take in order to get comfortable carrying your gun with a round in the chamber. Everyone isn't ready to carry that way on day one and some people take longer than others. However, the time it takes to get comfortable can be shortened by asking these questions and learning how the safety features work on your gun. Criminals don't care about providing an ample amount of time for you to save your life, so it's best to have the most advantageous set up possible. Remember that safeties aren't an excuse to disregard the 4 Rules of Gun Safety and checks are always free.
