Surrounded by technological toys
We have fallen victims to this massive ploy
As we keep our minds focused on the trivial
We’ll forever be drowning in this spectacle
We’re locked in a dance of violence and pain
We’ve forgotten the meaning of life
Burdened by guilt, with nothing to gain
We’ve lost all our reasons to fight

The time is near for our last call
Calamity will soon befall
As sure as death, a funeral pall
Will soon envelop us all

We’ve been digging our graves since we were born
Since the moment from mother’s womb we’re torn
We’ll keep burying ourselves underneath the soil
While breaking our backs in this endless toil
We’re all rotted out, straight through to the core
And we have become all that we deplore
Our future once bright is all on the line
For we live now in terminal times
