James Dean drove I-5 north from Los Angeles, CA to 46 and then proceeded west to the intersection of 46 and 41 where the accident occurred.

I think his car actually ended up near the fence. In the first 10 seconds of this video you can see some memorial idems near the fence by the yield sign.

I was not at the accident, nor am I a James Dean expert. I just made a video near the site. I hope the video shows viewers what the site looks like today.
