First trip of 2024! Landing into a glorious

Nice trip from Teuge (EHTE The Netherlands) to the Hanseatic City of Lübeck (EDHL Germany). Great views, great food, great flying, but most of all: great company. Flying with my youngest daughter is always fun!
The weather was nice, some IMC but not much and temps were well over freezing levels, quite unusual for February. When we dropped under the stratus layer on our approach we were greeted by a gorgeous sunset, a perfect ending to a very nice flight.

If you're in town and looking for a nice restaurant try Brauberger and their delicious Kellerbier. On the way back we faced headwinds between 40 and 50 kts, a bit of a schlep to get home.

I rent the PH-VTB, a well kept C172 G1000 as a member of Vliegclub Teuge (https://www.motorvliegclubteuge.nl/) and I enjoy flying a mix of VFR and IFR flights to a variety of destinations within an hour or three flying from my homebase Teuge in The Netherlands (EHTE). For filming I use GoPro 4's (1080, 60 fps wide lens setting), a DJI Spark drone and an iPhone X. I edit with Adobe Premiere Pro and use epidemicsound.com for the music.
