To support you, I would like to help explain why we chose this home over the many other options we saw in Agritopia.


1st, Agritopia itself is truly a special place to live. A true community where you and your kids will make lifetime friends. You have all of the great pluses of living in a Suburb combined with 2 Food Network Highly Rated Restaurants within the Community, a Micro Brewery, Wine Bar, Award Winning Mexican and Vegan Restaurants, and you live on a working Farm that provides vegetables to them all!

2nd, The home itself is Fantastic for Families of All Sizes and has enough room to invite EVERYONE to come visit! The basement is a spectacular retreat in the summers (as well as the pool!) and when it is cool there are parks to play in and miles of trails to ride bikes on.

3rd, The home has upgrades that we’ve never seen in any of our friend’s homes here. The Big ones we would definitely miss having are the Open Concept front room which brings great light in to the house. Speaking of light, the Skylight in the Kitchen is really great! Beyond that, the 1st owner of the home put a Recording Studio in the Basement which has created a great office for us, but could make a great/quiet playroom. Also, the Theater Room was customized for sound control, so there is never any concern that you will disturb anyone else in the house when watching an Action Movie! (or Frozen)

4th, The placement in the Community is Second to None. Virginia St. is where a lot of the action happens. A Chili Cook-Off in the Cul-de-sac every Halloween, Amazing Christmas Lights, etc.
