INGREDIENTS

▪︎ Heat 2 tsp oil & butter
▪︎ Bayleaf, cardamom, cloves & cinnamon
▪︎ 2 red chillies, 10-12 garlic pods, ginger & 1 onion sliced, saute for 5mins
▪︎ 12-15 cashew nuts, 2 tomatoes sliced
▪︎ Add 1 tsp salt & chilli powder, Cook till tomatoes are mushy & make fine paste
▪︎ Add 1 tsp coriander powder & 1 tbsp garam masala powder saute for a min
▪︎ Add in the grounded paste, add little sugar & adjust the salt & water as per your consistency
▪︎ When comes to boil add in the paneer, coriander leaves & butter
