Fitting reel seats to fishing rods

There is nothing like being stood by water holding a fishing rod by its reel seat and staring into the middle distance. I probably spend more time that most professional fisherman holding reel seats mainly because I am fitting them to a fishing rods, but i am still dreaming about the water.

18mm stainless front and rear collars

1" Tesa Masking tape on 3D printed tape dispenser

1/2" black masking tape, this gives the rod some expansion room under the coallrs to stop pinch points

electrical tape to project the the threads
