Celebratory procession through the village leading to the venue of Matthew and Alya’s “Palanos” (wedding ceremonies) that was held on the Omli-Cawas ancestral land under a spectacular canopy known as the “arong” which are beautifully designed colorful, woven, embroidered blankets from Mabilong, Lubuagan and Penarubia, Abra. The “palanos” was celebrated with presence of family members along with relatives, friends, neighbors and folks from other villages and towns.
