This demonstration will show how the water protection works on an Ulrich Minifile cabinet compared to a non-water resistant standard flat file cabinet. The flat file cabinet has been filled with blank documents. While ours has been filled with actual blueprints, to demonstrate our own faith in the water resistance. One of the biggest known threats to documents is fire and Ulrich Minifiles and Planfiles protect documents from this threat. What most people don’t realize however, is the terrible damage that can occur when putting out the fire. Whether it is the fire department or a malfunctioning sprinkler system. Water is capable of doing just as much if not more damage than fire.
