After the trip out with Kalpoo's I had a couple lane snappers (red fish) at my disposal to make a cook. So, after having my fishing plans for Carnival Sunday cancelled, I decided to use one of them and show how I make a Trini Fish Broth.

Now I like everything big, nice and chunky provisions, veggies and fish and you would see from the video how my fish soup or as we say broff...Came out!
