A productive week in my life, balancing work and life as an architectural designer and content creator with healthy habits and routines. I've been really prioritising doing things that are good for my wellbeing and not getting sucked into the never ending spiral of work that could be done. For me this has been looking like being consistent with my morning routine, cooking myself nourishing meals, spending time in nature and running/going to the gym a few times a week. I feel so good when I notice the small joys and make time for these healthy habits and routines, but like everything in life, they ebb and flow. All we can do is do our best and be present, and it's important to remember that our 'best' is always fluctuating. I hope this video brings you some warmth, joy and inspiration.
