The Sorinex Back Attack: A Closer Look | NSCA Tactical Training Conference

In this episode, Escape Fitness Co-owner Matthew Januszek attended the 2023 NSCA Tactical Annual Training with Advanced Exercise to demo the Escape Barrow which is a product in partnership with Pete Holman.

From the show floor we caught up with industry experts including Connor Page, Military and Government Solutions, Sorinex Exercise Equipment who talked through the Sorinex back attack.

Connor discussed the Sorinex Back Attack product in this highlights clip, saying:
• It is a redesigned and improved version of an existing back extension machine created over 15 years ago.
• It has a smaller footprint but is still very effective for the posterior chain and hip extension.
• It can be easily adjusted for different heights and allows for unilateral or staggered stance exercises.
• It has safety features like adjustable catch pins and handles to allow failing reps safely.
• It can be loaded with weights on either side for equivalent load.
• Other attachments can be added through its four-way hole design.
