[Black MIDI] TSMB2 ~ The Destroyer (QQS Mod test)

Curently trying to create my own modification of QQS based on older versions. You may ask why not modding the latest versions?
Well I tried but the code is too messy, older versions have slightly more clean code than the latest versions + when I was trying to build the latest version myself I was getting segmentation fault right when it was about to start rendering and writing the output file, there's a problem there. Actually my os might be the problem considering that I made builds on my Fedora 40 setup. So I had to debug what the problem was (and for the first time I learnt how to debug programs on linux... _Haahaa what a great achievement..._)

IMPORTANT!!!
I won't release any of my mods yet I have to see if the original creator would approve it
I may also specify my feature plans for this but maybe latter...

And no, if you tought that this is random delay you're wrong OmniConverter has Realtime Simulation along with Frame fluctuation which makes it sound like RND Delay lol
