Edge Pro Apex Sharpening Made Easy

In this video I check out the Edge Pro Apex knife sharpening kit. This kit is super lightweight portable and is very cost effective for the results you get. It was shocking how razor sharp you could get knives when you spent a little time and were patient.

The things that I really like about it are how it is very portable and comes with a great carrying case that is very rugged, and will take some beating. The construction of the unit itself is built well, but at the same time is extremely lightweight.

You can easily swap out the stones as you progress through the sharpening stages.

And it also comes with a variety of stones that go from very course to extremely fine grit, and they even provide you with finishing tapes to hone the edge even further for that buttery smooth razor sharp edge.
