Hi everyone, ASMR stand for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It refers to tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the neck and spine in response to certain auditory or visual stimuli.

Crispy Pata is one of my favorite Filipino food, the skin is so crunchy and the meat are so juicy and tender. this is so addictive. I hope i can do another one in the future and share it with you.
