Описание к видео Romania's M53 & Yugoslavia's M44: Rare Mosin-Nagant Carbine Variants

Today we discuss the history of the M44 Mosin-Nagant carbine after WWII. We look at a carbine originally manufactured in Russia and then later reworked and reissued in Yugoslavia. Then we look into contract variants produced outside of the Soviet Union, such as the Chinese Type 53, Polish Wz.44, and Hungarian 48M. We take a look at the rarest of these, well the one produced in the smallest numbers at least; the Romanian Cugir M53. The M53 was produced for less than 3 years, with under 70,000 total ever made.
