Manually mounting stickers on square bottles often end up in quality issues as the stickers can end up mis-aligned. The best way to have uniform mounting is to use a machine/tool that is either manual or automatic. However, these tools can cost upwards of $300 and they still have their quality issues. Professional sticker label mounting machines costs upwards of $1000.00 and are the best options for high volume production.

If you are in a low volume bottling production, or a small start-up family business, this one is for you.

We created a simple tool out of Heavy Card Stock. This one is specifically designed for mounting a 1/4 wrap (1 side only) sticker on an 8 oz square bottle. A 3/4 wrap or full wrap sticker label can also be used with the same height dimension. This sticker applicator model is specifically for a Tomnk brand 8 oz. square bottle sticker with a height of 5.75 cm.

This is very easy to use and with a little bit of practice, you can mount stickers much faster and with a high level of quality and uniformity.

Material: Hard Card Stock cardboard (keep it dry).
Note: This is not adjustable and can be used only for a specific sticker dimension (height of 5.75cm).
Rubber mat is made of thin rubber sheet custom cut to bottle's dimension.
You'll also need a clean , unused tooth pick or any small stick with a slightly pointed tip.
