What is it like to be a student athlete at MIT?

My roommate, AJ, joined me in creating this video about the MIT Athletics program. AJ was a part of the D3 Mens Basketball Team at MIT and I was a part of the Mens Ice Hockey Club and the Figure Skating Club. I also skated for Team Excel and Haydenettes Team USA while I was at MIT.

In this video, we talk about how we've managed academics and athletics - everything from dealing with professors, to missing class, to managing limited time. We discuss some time management techniques that have helped us through college as well.

We also talk about how sports have positively impacted our MIT experience! MIT is all about finding your community/communities!!

BTW.. roughly 22% of undergrads play an intercollegiate sport (varsity or club)!
