BLISSEY ex : Difficult To KO ! Infinite Healing ! (TWILIGHT MASQUERADE)

BLISSEY ex has 300 HP even though it's a stage 1. With the help of Hero's Cape, you can increase it up to 400 HP. Then transfer damage counters from your pokemon to your opponent's pokemon with the help of MUNKIDORI. The only build that work against it is anything that can deal 400+ damage on it, or if it is affected by instant KO. Blissey ex is truly the ULTIMATE TANK.
