The finale to 'What if Obi-Wan Never Watched the Security Recordings?' Once Obi-Wan recalibrated the beacon, and warned all Jedi to stay away, he ignored Yoda’s warning, and believing that he deserved the pain, he would enter a code into the holoscanner. Obi-Wan would see a variety of footage, from the massacre of younglings and Cin Drallig, in the Room of a Thousand Fountains, to the kneeling of Darth Vader, and finally his alliegiance to the Sith. Obi-Wan struggled to comprehend what had happened to Anakin, and he desparately asked Yoda to send him to face Palpatine, and the Grandmaster refused.
