In today's video, we had a suggestion to eat at Takis Greek & Italian Restaurant located in The Villages, Florida. We have never heard of it but enjoy Greek food so we wanted to give it a try. At first, we thought it was just going to be Greek, but saw that they have a lot of Italian dishes as well. They have belly dancer performances on select dates. The theming was amazing as the paintings on the wall were so realistic. We ended up sharing the chicken souvlaki and also the dolmades. The portion size was massive! Even if the whole table just shared the chicken souvlaki, that would have been plenty. Their salads were great and so was the bread. We really enjoyed Takis and next time we will have to try the Italian side of it. If you are near The Villages, Florida and are looking for a meal, try Takis Greek and Italian Restaurant.
