This once again cements Seele's placement as the strongest PF DPS. This is a 5+ cost no-hit 0 cycle which can be lowered to 2+ cost 0 cycle if you remove all restrictions and allow Seele to duo DPS with March 7th, using this rotation. https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV16Tx... Nobody keeps eidolons unactivated on live server sadly, but E1 Seele is useless there (doesn't activate/overcap) and E1 Robin there can be removed if we use the relics in this video. Hence Seele's limits are 5+ cost for solo DPS (E1 Sparkle not droppable because of uptime not just ATK% buff, and I can only give myself an extra 40% cdmg before I hit the hard limit), and 2+ cost for duo DPS which are the lowest costs possible on the HARDEST PF since release, and probably for the forseeable future as these dinosaur elites have an effective HP of over 800k each on wave 3 if you don't attack them while broken. That's why she's the strongest DPS, because on buffless/neutral PF like break/DOT, nobody can match her. Argenti benefitted from the buff more than her and can use RM to break Dino easily and kill them while broken but couldn't really match her. And no other PF DPS came close. This is all on top of Seele's ability to do a functionally infinite combo at E4+ which allows her to literally, not figuratively 0 cycle an infinite number of enemies if Hoyoverse ever decided to add endless mode to PF (it'll cap at 2.147b score anyways). She also 0 AV'ed both sides of this PF rotation because of that.

Being able to proc resurgence from Robin's hit with Tingyun's help also helped a lot on final phase, this is the 2nd time I've used this hidden interaction, first being Seele's lowest cost 0 AV clear. Tingyun ulting herself is another nice tech that never gets old, 5th time now. It's just unfortunate these PF runs tend to require Tingyun BP lc, kinda annoying that kill energy is 5 instead of 10 in PF, even with ERR set Seele would end up at 118 energy many times, unsalvageable.
